Happyology pays ALL import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you.
CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to change or cancel orders after they have been placed. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost of £35. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to offer an exchange service.
Please return the item(s) you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.

- Happyology operates warehouses globally in the following countries: United Kingdom, Singapore and China. Your order is dispatched from the nearest warehouse to your country subject to availability.
- We will do everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions.
- We do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
- The exact delivery times are intended as a prudent guide, but not guaranteed.
- 'Working day' refers to Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
